The brief

Job aspirants in India face significant friction when trying to discover and apply for government employment. Sifting through hundreds of complex official notifications, understanding convoluted eligibility criteria (age relaxation, qualification tiers, regional quotas), and accurately completing dense application forms creates a massive barrier to entry. There was a critical need for an automated, intelligent assistant that simplifies this tracking and preparation process

We built FormSarthi, an AI-powered applicant partner that maps an individual's profile against active public sector listings. Developed leveraging Replit AI, the platform serves as an smart onboarding and form assistant. It instantly evaluates user-submitted parameters to show personalized job eligibility matches, breaks down step-by-step application requirements, and streamlines the structural overhead of navigating state and central government forms.

   Walk through how the project unfolded...The project initiated with a deep-dive analysis of diverse public sector notification patterns to model complex logic rules for eligibility parameters.Next, we prototyped a responsive, clean interface focused on reducing cognitive load during data onboarding.We used Replit's live development environment to concurrently engineer the frontend UI and wire up the backend logic blocks. AI agents were deployed to quickly scaffold core services and stress-test data retrieval mechanisms.Finally, the product was iterated based on real-time feedback loops from the developer community during the Replit Buildathon, culminating in a stable production launch.
